Rolleston

Mission Statement

To be the living body of Christ in the village of Rolleston.

As part of the ongoing mission of the church we aim to be open and welcoming to all and engaging with them through worship, community involvement corporately and individually. To this end the preaching and teaching ministry of the church will continue to encourage and develop the latent gifts of all, in line with the Diocesan Mission Template: Discerning God, Valuing People, Serving the Community and Enabling Change

Rolleston Church has been here for over 1000 years and has provided a centre for celebrations at times of great joy and for comfort at times of great sorrow. Everybody, of all denominations, is always welcome to come and worship at Holy Trinity. There is a Sunday Club for the young people of the benefice of Morton, Upton, Fiskerton and Rolleston. ‘Coffee Time’ is held monthly at Upton for those at home with young children, and Trinity Tots meet in Rolleston Village hall from 10.30 to Noon on Mondays. The Friends of Holy Trinity organise regular events in the village, and there is an active group of bellringers, who always welcome new members and those who would like to try bellringing, as well as visitors to their practice night on Wednesdays at 7.30pm
